Niiko
The operating system Vorluno runs on: clients, billing and work in one ledger.

What was mine
The architecture and every final call. I decide what gets built, and I'm the only one who approves a merge to main. In production since 2026, with SDKs in TypeScript and Python, a CLI, an n8n node and an MCP server.
What I decided
Document everything before building anything. Open eight repositories at once under Apache 2.0 — with a Python SDK too. Everything that faces outward is in English. In the ledger nothing is edited or deleted: a correction is always a new entry.
The hard part
On July 19 production went down with a 502: the ORM silently skips a migration that arrives out of order. Now a gate checks the order. And accounting looked empty — the default chart of accounts was only ever created by the tests.
