What was mine

The product end to end: the engine, the pricing, the site and the deploy. The first commit was on September 7, 2026; thirteen days later it was in production with real users.

What I decided

The free tier names the mechanism and the exact numbers are paid — say 'horizontal scroll' and your AI already knows what to ask. Pricing went through three versions until the moat was gone. Its own art: our site is the product's proof.

The hard part

On September 12 the pipeline had been broken for a day and no probe noticed — since then there's a suite of end-to-end probes. On launch day every measurement died after the second pass. And I closed a real SSRF.
